Nouveaux sur le marché is TVA’s newest reality show, following the lives of three rookie real estate agents in Montreal.  Under the watchful eye of mogul Serge Brosseau, Emilie Berthelet, Lysianne Audet and Philippe Sayegh-Binette are competing against each other for a dream grand prize: an all-expenses paid position at REMAX Cartier for one year. 

Gritty, determined, and perseverant, Sayegh-Binette is not just your run-of-the-mill real estate agent.  He has developed a passionate eye for the industry through his 13 years of experience at his family-owned Caribbean villa rental business. A meticulous work ethic and insatiable need to satisfy his customers are apparent when you see Philippe in action. His goal is simple: find you the best property for the best price.



Over the course of his budding career, it became evident to Philippe that accomplishing his goal of becoming a trusted agent in Montreal would require a strong online presence. This keen sense of observation led him to contact Montreal’s own Cyber Relief, a progressive IT solutions provider.
